You own what you create with Skylina. We provide the AI tools — what you do with them is your responsibility. Don't break the law, don't generate harmful content, and don't misuse the platform. We'll keep the service running and fix our own bugs.
By accessing or using Skylina ("the Service", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and API users.
Skylina is an AI-powered creation platform that generates code, images, music, and video based on user prompts. The Service uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic Claude for code generation) to produce outputs. We do not guarantee any specific output, result, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
You own the outputs you generate with Skylina. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any third-party model provider terms, you retain all rights to content you create using the Service. This includes commercial use rights.
Skylina retains ownership of: (a) the platform, models, and underlying technology; (b) any Skylina-generated branding or watermarks embedded in outputs; (c) aggregated, anonymized training and improvement data (unless you opt out under Section 12).
You may not use Skylina to generate content that:
See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
Content generated by Skylina is produced by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that: (a) AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased; (b) outputs may infringe third-party rights if not reviewed; (c) you bear responsibility for reviewing and validating outputs before commercial use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Skylina and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business value, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not apply to: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud; (c) willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify Skylina, its operators, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Service; (c) your generation of content that infringes third-party rights. We agree to indemnify you for losses caused by our material breach of these Terms or our willful misconduct.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion timelines are described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you for material changes. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the EU, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, USA, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
By default, your generations may be used to improve Skylina's AI models. You can opt out at any time in your account settings. Opting out does not affect the quality or availability of the Service.
Skylina may offer the ability to mint AI-generated content as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) on supported blockchain networks.
Ownership: You own the content you generate. When you mint a generation as an NFT, you control that token on the blockchain — Skylina does not hold or manage minted assets.
Gas Fees: All blockchain transaction fees ("gas fees") are your responsibility. Skylina does not cover or reimburse gas costs. Minting fees are displayed before you confirm.
No Guaranteed Value: Skylina makes no guarantee that any NFT minted through the platform will have monetary value, market liquidity, or be resold. Past or projected sale prices do not indicate future performance.
Platform Liability: Skylina is not liable for: (a) blockchain network failures, congestion, or delays; (b) smart contract bugs on third-party networks; (c) loss of wallet access; (d) inability to transfer or sell minted tokens; (e) regulatory classification of blockchain assets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to NFT ownership and trading in your location.
Metadata: NFT metadata (including the AI-generated content and mint signature) is stored on-chain or linked via IPFS. Skylina is not responsible for the long-term availability of off-chain metadata or third-party IPFS hosts.
Skylina provides a public REST API for programmatic access to generation services. Use of the API is subject to these additional terms:
Acceptable Use: You may use the API to build integrations, applications, and automated workflows. Prohibited uses include: exceeding rate limits, reverse-engineering models, scraping platform data, building competing products, or any use that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
Rate Limits: API access is subject to per-minute and per-day request limits based on your usage tier. Limits are communicated via response headers and the API documentation. Exceeding limits returns HTTP 429. Skylina reserves the right to adjust limits with 7 days' notice.
API Key Responsibility: Your API keys are personal credentials. You must keep them confidential and not share them publicly or with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity under your API key. If a key is compromised, rotate it immediately via your account settings.
Metered Billing: API usage consumes credits according to the format and model used. Standard credit pricing applies. Skylina reserves the right to introduce separate API pricing tiers with 30 days' notice.
Data Retention: API request/response logs are retained for 30 days for debugging and security purposes. Logs do not include full request bodies or generated output content. Longer retention may apply for fraud detection and legal compliance.
Webhooks: If you configure webhook endpoints to receive generation events, you are responsible for the security of your endpoint. Skylina will POST JSON payloads to your endpoint URL on configured events. Failed deliveries are retried up to 5 times with exponential backoff over 24 hours. Skylina disclaims liability for the content of webhook payloads or the handling of received data by your endpoint.
Skylina uses automated systems to flag, review, and act on content that may violate our Acceptable Use Policy. This includes:
Skylina's team workspace features allow you to collaborate with other users within a shared environment.
Admin Responsibility: The workspace owner ("admin") is responsible for: adding and removing team members, configuring access permissions, setting generation limits, and ensuring all team members comply with these Terms. Actions taken by team members under your workspace are your responsibility.
Data Sharing: Team members within a workspace may see shared projects, generations, and activity associated with that workspace. Only add team members you trust with access to your shared work product.
Billing Responsibility: The workspace admin is responsible for all billing charges incurred by any team member in that workspace. Skylina may pursue the admin for unpaid balances.
Invitation and Access: Workspace invitations are valid for 7 days. Accepted invitations grant access to the workspace. Admins may revoke access at any time. Removed members forfeit access to workspace resources but retain ownership of personal project content.
Removal and Liability: Skylina is not liable for actions or content created by workspace members. Workspace admins indemnify Skylina against disputes arising from team member actions within the workspace.
Skylina's Prompt Library allows users to publish and share prompts for community use.
License Grant: By submitting a prompt to the Prompt Library, you grant Skylina a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works from your prompt in connection with the service. This includes featuring prompts in public browse results, trending lists, and promotional contexts.
No IP Guarantee: Skylina does not claim ownership of your prompts but is granted the right to use them as described. You retain any rights you had prior to submission.
No Compensation: Submitted prompts are voluntary. You will not receive compensation for prompt inclusion, use, or derivative works.
No Warranty on Prompt Quality: Prompts in the library are user-contributed. Skylina does not guarantee that any prompt will produce a specific output or any output at all. Prompt performance varies by model and context.
Removal: You may request removal of your prompt from the library at any time by contacting legal@skylinaai.com. Removal requests are processed within 30 days. Previously shared or embedded copies of the prompt by other users are not covered by the removal request.
Content you post to Skylina's community features (posts, comments, reactions, portfolio entries, storefront listings) is "User-Generated Content."
License to Skylina: By posting content, you grant Skylina a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform and in promotional materials. This license enables Skylina to operate the community features without additional approval from you.
Remixes and Derivatives: Community members may "remix" or create derivative works from publicly shared content in accordance with platform features. You acknowledge that remixing is a core platform capability and do not need to separately approve individual remix actions.
Takedown Rights: Skylina reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law — including content subject to valid DMCA takedown notices or legal process — without prior notice to the poster. Removal is at Skylina's sole discretion.
Content Reports: If you believe content infringes your rights, submit a content report via the in-app reporting tool. Reports are reviewed in the order received. Skylina does not guarantee a specific response timeline.
