This transparency report covers Skylina's first half of 2026 (January 1 – June 30, 2026). It details government and law enforcement requests we've received, copyright takedown requests, content moderation activity, and data retention practices. We are committed to openness about how our platform is used and how we respond to external requests.
Skylina has not received any formal government or law enforcement requests for user data during H1 2026. If we receive such requests in the future, we will evaluate each for legal sufficiency and may challenge or refuse requests that are overly broad or lack proper legal basis.
For law enforcement guidelines, see our Law Enforcement Guidelines.
Skylina processes DMCA takedown requests within 48 hours as required by the DMCA. We maintain a designated agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. All requests are logged and reviewed by our legal team.
To submit a DMCA takedown request, visit our DMCA Policy page.
Our automated content moderation systems scan generated content and platform submissions for policy violations including harmful content, spam, and copyright issues. All flagged content is reviewed by a human moderator before action is taken.
